ReCatch

ReCatch is a process by which a .de domain released by its former owner can be taken over on the last day of its Redemption Grace Period — before the public drop. It works first-come, first-served, without auctions; the former owner receives a share.

How it differs: a classic backorder targets the public release after the RGP. ReCatch acts before that, provided the former holder actively released the domain.

Example: a domain given up via ReDomain appears on the ReCatch list a day before the drop and can be taken over at a fixed price.
